Is product customization available? Do customized KNX products retain valid KNX certification?
Yes, we offer customized production as per customer requirements. Products with customized regular functions or modified appearances keep the original KNX certification. If changes are made to core hardware or protocol architecture, we can complete new KNX certification tests accordingly.
What platform do your Zigbee-based products rely on, and what control methods are supported?
All our Zigbee products run on the Tuya Smart platform. Users can complete device configuration and daily control via the official Tuya APP. They also support connection to Home Assistant for customized control.
